dual taskbar ?
Status in gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
when the computer stays locked for a long time (let's say, the whole night),
a taskbar appears on top of the lock screen.
when unlocked, it seems that there is 2 taskbars (with little margin
differences, see attached screencast).
config : ubuntu 18.10
standart ubuntu desktop
dock configured at bottom
no gnome extension activated
many applications running (haven't done the test without apps running)
apps are still launchable, only the margin difference is annoying.
haven't tried to launch app from the lock screen, it may be a security issue.
