Title:
Nautilus ignores settings for thumbnail creation

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I have set Nautilus to show thumbnails only for local drives and only
for files less than 10mb. I have a network volume mounted with davfs2
and if I open a folder containing videos, Nautilus tries to create
thumbnails causing all files to be downloaded and blocking Nautilus
totally. Nautilus should not try to create thumbnails with this
  setting in davfs2 folders.
