Upstream doesn't consider it as a bug, at least not in nautilus. Could
perhaps be handled in a nicer way in gnome-shell though...

FIle View Windows Don't Snap To Screen Sides On Second Monitor

Bug description:
When I have a folder open and try to snap the window to the sides of
my second monitor nothing happens. Bringing the window to the top of
the screen will make it go full screen as expected. Snapping works
perfectly on my primary monitor (left, top, right). Other applications
like terminal, gedit, and Firefox snap correctly on my second monitor.
