Hi,
here is Ubuntu Budgie 18.04
At first I thought Lightning was broken because I had to uninstall the
mozilla-addons version of it ( the one found in mozilla addons webpage
from inside TB ) and then re-install from Ubuntu repository xul-ext-
lighting to have it upgraded.
Now Calendar ( lightning ) is no longer displayed in French, but
English.
