Proposing that gnome-user-docs is updated using the latest upstream git,
so we get as much translations as possible.

The debdiff is large, and the explanation is that the built localized
pages are not included in the git source unlike the in the official
release tarballs. However, this doesn't matter since those pages are
created during package build anyway, and will be present in the binary
package for respective language.
