Title:
  printer queue is wiped out when printer is pluged in

Status in system-config-printer package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  If print jobs are queeued when the rpinter is not plugged to the
  system the print jobs are in the queue list, but pending for printing.

  If the printer is pluged to the system afterwards, sometiimes the
  print jobs are wiped out from the queue.

  It may be arround 50% of all cases this way.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1.Start your system without attached printer(all drivers are installed and
the system knows the printer in general)
  2.Start firefox and send some printjobs to the job queque
  3.Attach your printer to the still running system.
  5.Call the pint job list/queque from system settings -> printer -> your
printer model -> waiting queue
  6.See that all print jobs you have just send before are wiped out of the list.
