No, sorry. We're not going to offer two different versions of nautilus
in the Ubuntu package archives.
Someone could make it available in a PPA.

Bug description:
Hi,
just a wish - would it be possible to include nautilus 3.30 for cosmic
as unsupported alternative to 3.26 i.e. in the universe repro ?
Advanced users (not complaining about the missing desktop icons support) can
easily give it a try.
I read somewhere that a snap is planned but I'm skeptical how well the
desktop integration will work......
