I have a master password set on Thunderbird, just in case my netbook gets misplaced at some point. In 10.04, when I launched thunderbird, the window where I enter the master password automatically grabbed focus, and I'd enter the password. (I think it even worked if I'd switched workspaces while Thunderbird was loading.) In 10.10 when I run Thunderbird the password window pops up, but it's not focused - even if I don't click anywhere else after launching Thunderbird. In order to enter the password I have to click on the window first.
