Netflix returns error F7363-1260 as movie loads. Loading site is good

Bug description:
Loading the Netflix site is good. The home page comes up with the movie
choices displayed. The speed is good. The movies have played very well with a
good quality image, since 2010 or so, until about two or three days ago. A
little choppiness is appearant for a short time at start up, but it always
evens out. Now, when a movie choice is made, it starts to load a movie and
then returns error codes. At first, it returned the error codes F7363-1260 and
F7355-1204. I have reloaded pipelight and I set libevcodec to true. I also
reinstalled the repository ppa:heyarje/libav-11 and got libav-tools
libavcodec-extra-56. I reinstalled wine. These actions eliminated the error
F7355-1204, but not the error F7363-1260.
My OS is 12.04. On a 32 bit machine. Chrome was not an option because firefox
has always done a great job. Now I can't get 32 bit chrome. I have the Netflix
desk top, which is too resource intensive, so I don't use it. I have widevine.
I just recently installed UAControl, which I have never needed, and I am
learning to use it.
My thoery is that firefox sent out an update that has reset something that I
am not aware of, because I am sure that I set libev to true in the past and I
had to have wine to run silver light. I have noticed that a stop script message
has been displayed with increasing frequency, but that is on the home page. I
simply reload the page to cure this problem.
