Is this bug being worked on by Canonical? The upstream project's bug report is more than 3 years old, how can that be explained? (Wasn't this component only included with 17.10?)
This bug breaks a critical part of the desktop interaction, rendering 2-in-1 devices not ready for mainstream consumption.
