Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird.
You made this bug report in 2009 and there have been several versions of
Ubuntu and Thunderbird since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 400604
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.

long line, for example forced by long urls, in the body text result in
a printed font size of super-tiny

Bug description:
Binary package hint: thunderbird
If the body text contains a very long line that cannot be broken up,
e.g. a long url, the printed page is shrunk to accomodate the long
line. As a result, font size get so small that the text cannot be read
anymore.
