Status in gnome-initial-setup package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Canonical Livepatch is only supported in LTS releases (trusty, xenial
and bionic at the time of writing). We should hide the page to enable
livepatch in all other cases (e.g. in Cosmic).
