Regarding using PPAs, PPAs are not supported in Ubuntu. Hence, if a PPA
is used, and it brakes the system, it is out of scope for a bug report.
In regard to the scope of this report, given the history of what changed
and how wasn't documented and provided, you kept making large,
unsupported, and undocumented changes after the break that appeared to
cause additional breakage, there isn't anything this report can be
scoped to. Hence, it is being closed.

The splash screen comes up and then the system boots into recovery
mode every 3-7 boots/boot from sleep when on battery [battery at 30%
minimum and healthy], login screen is disabled as the login screen
does not come up if an external monitor is not connected (System
autologs in).
