You have been subscribed to a public bug:

The page "Move a window to a different workspace". If the workspace is
set up two-by-two you also need information about how to move a window
from left to right and right to left. It seems that Super+Shift+Home and
Super+Shift+End works for this.

Add:
3. Press Super+Shift+Home to move the window to a workspace which is to the
left of the current workspace on the workspace selector.
4. Press Super+Shift+End to move the window to a workspace which is to the
right of the current workspace on the workspace selector.

PS: I liked the old setup better using Ctrl+Alt+SHift+[arrow key] to
move windows around.
