Xorg on Bionic doesn't start anymore

Bug description:
Xorg on Bionic went from "totally working" with nVidia drivers, to
"OutputClass is Broken and doesn't support 'Option' and 'ModulePath'"
for some reason. See the Xorg logs attached.
