I have verified using the following steps: Note: Install Firefox 7.0.1 and change the update channel to "releasetest" 1. Start Firefox 7.0.1. 2. Install NoScript 2.1.4. RESTART. 3. After restart, install Ab Block Plus 1.3.10. DO NOT RESTART. 4. Go to Tools > Add-ons > Extensions. AbBlock should require to restart Firefox.DO NOT RESTART 5. In Add-ons Manager, check for updates. NoScript should update to the latest version and should require to restart Firefox. DO NOT RESTART. 6. Go to Menu > About Firefox check for updates.
Expected results: After updating to Firefox 8 RC, both add-ons should be present in the Add-ons Manager, NoScript should be updated to the latest version (2.1.8) The same behavior applied to Aurora and Nightly. After updating from 8.0a2 to 9.0a2 and 9.0a1 to 10.0a1, both add-ons were present in Add-ons Manager.
