Public bug reported:
The scanimage command-line utility still tries to find devices when the
user just wants to see the help text. Reproducible by:
1.: Terminal
2.: "scanimage --help"
3.: Utility blocks until it finished searching for devices
Expected outcome: Program should not run when --help option is used (or
similar behaviour).
