jrierab's recommendation worked for me. I did lose the folders I created under "On This Computer" but I am pretty sure it occurred prior to my performing the workaround.

There's two bugs that might be connected: 1. Whenever I try to view the inbox I get an error instead: "no such table: mem.INBOX" So I can't read messages from my inbox but reading from the other directories works. 2. Not all the directories I have in my IMAP accounts are listed. Refreshing doesn't help, a lot of directories simply don't show up. I could not find any workaround for this on Google.
