Bug description:
On Ubuntu 17.10, I wanted to add gnome-terminal to the favorites.
Usually in Gnome, the item gets added one times. Instead, there were
two items of gnome-terminal in the favorites. The bug is reproducible
and only affects gnome-terminal.
