I can observe the issue, but I cannot reproduce it consistently.
Sometimes it will restart, sometimes it won't. It seems it restarts more
often after unchecking the checkbox than after checking it.

Enabling experimental features doesn't restart LibreOffice as it
should. It closes, but doesn't load back up.
