Alistair Buxton, the last time this report was marked Incomplete was almost a year ago due to you not advising if this was reproducible in a supported release, and you not providing any debugging information for your hardware and problem.
Also, whether or not upstream asked for anything isn't relevant because that report is stale, and isn't useful in determining if you are still experiencing the problem now (not someone else).
