Title: Desktop name order in XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP for Unity Status in gnome-session package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Unity has changed XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP from "Unity" to "Unity:Unity7". Order of desktop names is not consistent with existing XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP values - GNOME-Classic:GNOME, GNOME- Flashback:GNOME, Budgie:GNOME... Derived desktop names are put before base desktop name. Since Unity desktop name is shared between Unity 7 and 8 it should be put last - Unity7:Unity, Unity8:Unity. This might not matter today, but it could in future...
