Zesty currently has epiphany-browser 3.24.0. 3.24 introduced a redesigned
bookmarks UI. This bugfix release in the 3.24 mostly fixes some issues with the
bookmarks UI and updates translations.

epiphany is not included in any default Ubuntu flavor install.
Test Case
---------
Browse around. Be sure that entering text on webpages work. Bookmark some
