You have been subscribed to a public bug: Please, drop the dependency from nautilus on libunity9. There is no need for it and it unfairly forces non-Unity users to have Unity packages installed. If there is a reason for it, create nautilus-unity and manage it there. Or downgrade the dependency to recommended or suggested.
