Fonts in the archive require metainfo files to be added in order to show
up in GNOME Software:
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/sect-Metadata-
Fonts.html

This isn't really a bug in GS, but rather needs to be an archive-wide
effort to add such metadata.

Title:
Should be able to also search and install fonts, not only apps

Status in GNOME Software:
  Unknown
Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
GNOME Software can only search and install packages which are (probably)
marked as GUI applications.
In terms of usability, it is a good choice and the chances to mess up a
system are diminished.

As a result, it is not possible to install fonts.
Fonts should also be regarded as packages that can be searched for and
installed through GNOME Software.

  Reproduce:
  1. Start GNOME Software
  2. Search for "font"

Expected result: several packages about fonts should be shown
What happened: no packages are found
