Public bug reported: I'm trying to use earphone+mic: Koss CS/100 USB which has been working fine until a month ago. All of sudden it doesn't list in the devices. The earphones works on other system (windows) fine.
I see this in the dmesg when it's plugged in: [ 5057.286942] usb 1-7.4: new full-speed USB device number 22 using xhci_hcd [ 5057.359006] usb 1-7.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32 [ 5057.535048] usb 1-7.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32 [ 5057.711027] usb 1-7.4: new full-speed USB device number 23 using xhci_hcd [ 5057.783036] usb 1-7.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32 [ 5057.958967] usb 1-7.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32 [ 5058.134906] usb 1-7.4: new full-speed USB device number 24 using xhci_hcd [ 5058.135027] usb 1-7.4: Device not responding to setup address.
