Good news. I upgraded to Gnome+Wayland+16.10 and this bug appears to be fixed.

When I'm in "Blown Out" mode (push windows key) and I have multiple monitors. If I move evolution (mail client) from window to window it will fail and freeze the Wayland instance. Not input will be accepted even function keys that change screen brightness or backlit keyboard fail. I can't seem to find a way to kill Wayland (I need a CTRL+ALT+DEL option) and I end up having to hard boot my system. When I come back in I don't see a crash report or anything in `/var/crash` to indicate anything went wrong. Additionally I can't seem to find a Wayland log file to look for more information. Please advise on how to collect more details for this issue.
