I'm using Ubuntu 16.10 dev with alsa-utils 1.1.2-1ubuntu1 and on booting
my system I'm seeing sometimes the error message "Process
'/usr/sbin/alsactl -E HOME=/run/alsa restore 0' failed with exit code
99" on executing journalctl.
