Public bug reported: On a fresh install of 16.04 with a dual-monitor system. The sticky-edges feature is turned-on by default and toggling the switch in system- settings->displays has no effect (the sticky edges remain turned-on). I have verified with someone who upgraded their 15.10 system which had the sticky-edges turned-off prior to upgrade and they reported that the toggle has no effect on their system (the sticky edges remain turned- off).
Therefore I conclude that the toggle is broken and the issue is unrelated to the current-state of the setting. Both with the setting previously set to enabled and disabled, toggling the switch does not change the behaviour.
