Title:
MFP M476DW Error 5002 on status / No toner levels in HP Device Manager

Status in HPLIP:
  New
Status in hplip package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
HP Device Manager always showed Error 5002 (device is busy powered
down or unplugged) as Status for my M476DW. In addition, under
supplies, no toner levels were shown.

I have modified the "[hp_color_laserjet_mfp_m476dw]" entry in
/usr/share/hplip/data/models/models.dat. The full entry I have
  attached below.

By changing status-type=12 to status-type=10 error 5002 disappeared.
Adding the r0-agent* entries made the supplies display (and hp-levels)
  work.
