On a freshly flashed phone running rc-proposed / 356, when I first attempt to setup a hotspot, when I click the "Start" button, the spinner shows up and the hotspot never actually starts ( see attached screenshot ). I was then able to cancel the dialog and enable hotspot via the toggle switch. The correct icon was shown on the panel, and the hotspot was visible from other devices. Note, the only change I made to the configuration was to change the default password to "12345678" ( the minimum length WPA-PSK passphrase ).
