I noticed this bug for a while now, SMS sounds get muted for no apparent reason (while other sounds work) and they arent back unless I reboot the phone. This persists for a long time now, so far after OTA-11 I didnt experience the issue, but I didnt receive many SMS messages since OTA-11 so it may not mean anything, as most people send me a Telegram message. I will monitor the situation further.
