Status in xserver-xorg-video-nouveau package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Have been running Kubuntu 13.10 beta2 for 1 day now and have had 3
  similar crashes that totally hang the machine.

  Have not had any previous problems running 13.04.

  Machine is an AMD64

  Description:    Ubuntu Saucy Salamander (development branch)
  Release:        13.10

  Was not doing anything special, and in fact one crash happened while
  the machine was idle overnight.
