to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

Bug description:
  This PC stop working after installing pycuda and others devices for it. The 
black screen of death appeared. The driver of nvidia stopped working after it. 
Now my screen can't go 1080p, because of Xserver driver. :)
