Title:
  WIFI card is not detected

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I turn on the system nwtwork manager can't find the wifi card.
  Some times rebooting helps this or I had to run restart network-
  manager to fix this.This happens on ubuntu 16.04
