Nautilus (files) doesn't lock to launcher

Bug description:
I'm on an up-to-date Xenial. When I open nautilus, the icon shows up
in the launcher for about one second before disapearing. Nautilus
keeps running, but the icon is not there, in particular there is no
way to lock it, as it was up to this morning. The same happens if I
mount, eg my mobile phone.
