I can confirm this behavior, but it is not limited to Nemo. In fact, before FF 46.0, the dialogue used was the system's dialogue. In case of Ubuntu Mate, it used Caja. After the upgrade, it uses the GTK3 Gnome/Nautilus instead of the dialogue configured by the system. Note: Google Chrome still uses the dialogue configured on the system.
