Bug description:
Ubuntu 16.04 b2 64 bit,(Xenial Xerus) updated Apr 14.
Description: Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
Release: 16.04
Files 2.14.3 has a new bug. "Off by one error"
Right click filename, select Open With. Program list is missing top item.
If I then select "Other Application..." I see a list with one additional item.
It was OK yesterday.
