Bug description:
  Nexus7 / Raring 13.04

After installing LibreOffice Writer / Impress on the Nexus7. I can't
get Onboard to launch automatically when tapping in the middle of the
page to type any sort of text. You need to select the Onboard
Indicator -> Show Onboard and force onboard to appear.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Uninstall libreoffice-gtk package if you have it.
  2. Launch Writer, Terminal, and Nautilus.
  3. Switch to Nautilus window, and observe that Onboard hides.
  4. Switch to Terminal window, and observe that Onboard appears.
  5. Switch to Writer window, and observe that Onboard hides.

Expected behavior: Switching to Writer window should make Onboard
  appear.
