Title:
hplip uses shared libraries from source installation in prefix
  /usr/local

Status in hplip package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When installing `hplip` from source with default `configure` prefix
`/usr/local/` the system package `hplip` uses shared libraries in
`/usr/local/` which isn't very useful. Source installation should use
the files of their prefix and the system package should use the files
maintained by the system manager like it's intended by autotools and
filesystem hierarchy standards. Examples listed by `apport-gtk` after
  crashes of `hplip`:

      /usr/local/lib/libkrb5.so.3.3
      /usr/local/lib/libhpdiscovery.so.0.0.1
      /usr/local/lib/libk5crypto.so.3.1
      /usr/local/lib/libcom_err.so.3.0
      /usr/local/lib/libhpmud.so.0.0.6
      /usr/local/lib/libkrb5support.so.0.1
      /usr/local/lib/libhpipp.so.0.0.1
      /usr/local/lib/libgssapi_krb5.so.2.2
