Icons displaying two times in Unity launcher when double click the

Bug description:
In Ubuntu 16.04 beta release , when i double click any application
icons are been displaying two times in unity launcher. After some time
one icon disappears. This behavior is unusual as i didn't observe this
in alpha and daily builds of 16.04 Xenial Xerus
