  Cannot zoom with shortcut keys

Bug description:
  In Natty, I often used the Ctrl + and Ctrl - keys to zoom the text to
  a comfortable size. In Oneiric, this shortcut does not work anymore -
  I have to go all the way through the menu to increase the font size.
