One reaching either end and trying to scroll further, the line on the corresponding end tries to move further towards the window center and goes back to its position once we stop scrolling. Please see the attached screenshot showing the 2 lines. I run an up-to-date installation of Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 amd64.
