hunspell-de-de-frami, which is built by libreoffice-dictionaries 1:5.1.0-1ubuntu1, only provides lists for de_DE.

I see no point in having these included in the hunspell-de-de package, but they should go into an extra hunspell-de-be and hunspell-de-lu package, respectively.
