Looks like I spoke too soon. There is a package in unstable for arm64 via debports, but no package for any of the standard architectures in the official repos. Since xprint is deprecated, it looks like this was a conscious choice to remove this from debian: https://bugs.debian.org/657253
So, looks like those of us supporting proprietary software with these dependencies are out of luck.
