Memory usage grow when "Ondemand" mode is selected (while changing frequency?).

After this time memory usage grow from few MiB to 571MiB (I don't shut down laptop, only suspend [close cover] for night). I had this problem also before release upgrade from 15.04 to 15.10. I am not sure but maybe this problem on 14.04 not exists.
