Of course, this functionality implies working 'light-locker'. If 'light-locker' doesn't run, 'dm-tool switch-to-greeter' will leave the session unlocked. It is the very reason why there is a tool like 'light-locker' with its controller 'light-locker-command', which will lock the session and then switch to the LightDM's greeter. I hope you understand this. ;) Reply at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfswitch- plugin/+bug/1320560/comments/24 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ On 2015-10-10T06:43:09+00:00 V字龍(Vdragon) wrote: Hi, I've linked the (related) downstrem Ubuntu bug here: [Bug #1320560 “Removal of gdmflexiserver breaks user switching” : Bugs : xfswitch-plugin package : Ubuntu](https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfswitch-plugin/+bug/1320560) Reply at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfswitch- plugin/+bug/1320560/comments/27 ** Changed in: xfce4-panel Status: Unknown => Confirmed ** Changed in: xfce4-panel Importance: Unknown => Medium ** Bug watch added: Xfce Bugzilla #11785 https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11785 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to xscreensaver in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1320560 Title: Removal of gdmflexiserver breaks user switching Status in Xfce panel: Confirmed Status in xfce4-panel package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in xfswitch-plugin package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in xscreensaver package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Hello and pardon for my bad english.
