This might actually be improved, but as it was set as incomplete more
than one year ago, and I can't really check, let me manually "expire
it".

Bug description:
Binary package hint: myspell-ro
Hello! Even the most up-to-date version of myspell-ro in Hardy does
not contain any Romanian proper names, not even the most common ones.
Since they come up often in Romanian texts, the list should be updated
with one containing proper names. The latest is available here:
http://www.archeus.ro/lingvistica/CorectorOrtografic — the only change
necessary is to replace the current .dic file with one from one of
those packages.
