Hello Sébastien; I think it is latest release 14-4, but I cannot use "About this computer" either. The program you asked me to launch was not installed. So I installed it: and now it works again thanks!
Probably the cause of my problem is a dependency bug. Some packages were flagged "obsolete", thus I removed them.
