There is no wifi after hybernate mode with systemd-boot

Bug description:
You close notebooke, then you open it- and there is no wifi. You have to
restart network-manager for obtaining wi-fi again
!!!!! If you choose upstart-boot option there is no problem with wifi after
hybernation. Bug occures unly with systemd-boot
